By accessing Reasonica Debate Lab (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Purchases and Payments
When you purchase courses, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Prices and taxes may vary by region. Access is granted upon successful payment.
5. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content. We may refuse refunds that violate this policy or show abuse.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by cheating in assessments, infringing intellectual property, harassing others, or attempting to bypass access controls.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and trademarks are the property of Reasonica Debate Lab or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not make guarantees about competitive outcomes or results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Reasonica Debate Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via the site or email when appropriate.
